With over 20 years experience, I offer a bespoke Counselling, Coaching,  Psychotherapy and Mediation service in York, Ryedale and East Yorkshire for couples, individuals, students and children via zoom or in person 

 

We can all feel overwhelmed by difficult feelings or 'stuck'   at some times in our lives and I offer a safe, supportive, non judgemental and confidential space to help you gain understanding of yourself, your relationships, family dynamics  and your thoughts and  feelings more fully and help gain fresh perspectives and help work through loss and change. This can either be long term or short term depending on individuals needs and can be discussed and assessed at initial session. My approach is tailor made to suit the needs of the client.

My approach is tailor made to suit the individual clients needs.     Experience of working in NHS settings, EAP,  Workplace, Schools, Colleges and Universities both long and short term

 

I work in  private practice  in Ryedale, East Yorkshire near Stamford Bridge and in York City Centre or via e mail, Skype or telephone.
